Toledo-Lucas County PAL is a non-profit organization positively impacting the lives of more than 1000 children each year in the Toledo-Lucas county and S.E. Michigan areas.   With roots dating back to 1954, Toledo PAL works to create a safe and nurturing environment for youth to play and compete.
