Toledo PAL receives gift from Dick's Sporting Goods

The Toledo Lucas County Police Athletic League would like to thank Dick's Sporting Goods for awarding our organization with a check in the amount of $7500.00. These funds will be used to help purchase sporting equipment for our mentoring, activities, and athletic programs that are aimed towards engaging at-risk youth in the Toledo Lucas County area(s). These programs include baseball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, summer sports camps and field trips. Dick's Sporting Goods has played an integral part of the Toledo community for many years while giving back to those in need. It is partners and local businesses like Dick's Sporting Goods, that helps promote success in our mission of "Mentoring Future Leader's On Child At A Time."
